These “Listing Terms and Conditions” apply to Site Visitors who create a agree to creating a “Listing” for their Services on the Network.
Upon approval of a Listing by the Network you shall become a “Listing User” and you agree to adhere to these terms. This Grave Care Network Listing Terms and Conditions is in addition to the Grave Care Network Registration Terms and Conditions.
1. Listing User status
Upon creating and submitting a Listing on the Network the Network shall review the Listing. Any approval or rejection of the Listing shall be in accordance with the Values and minimum Services Standards set by the Network. Approval or rejection of the Listing shall be at the sole discretion of the Network.
Listing Users are fully responsible for ensuring that the information and Services they provide meet the standards and the Values of the Network.
Whilst adhering to the Values of the Network, the Network reserves the right to terminate all agreements between the Listing Users and the Network, and remove any Listing User from the Site, for whatsoever reason and without prior notice. In the event a Listing user is removed, any outstandning debts or obligations between the Listing shall be settled in good faith.
2. Independent Service Provider Status
Listing Users are not full time employees of the Network and shall be engaged as an independent Contractors retaining control of all aspects of their work in the business of offering or undertaking the Services as categorised by the Network.
3. Service Offerings and Pricing
3.1 Listing Accuracy: Ensure that the information in your general listing, including service offerings and pricing, is accurate and up-to-date. Any changes must be promptly reflected in your listing.
3.2 Responsibility for offering Services: Listing Users maintain all responsibility for offering their services to customers. Listing Users are to enure that the services they offer as members of the Network meet the standards set out in the Subject Matter Material and are meet the categorisation of the Services desrcibed in the General Terms and Conditions. Any additional services offered by the Listing User must be clarly marked as separate to the Services.
3.3 Exlcusivity: The Network reserves the right and absolute discretion to oblige Listing Users to use the Network for all present and future methods of communication and payment handling related to the Service provision with Site Visitors.
3.4 Pricing: The pricing of the Services is at the dsicretion of the Listing User. Any suggestion of standard price levels sugested by the Network are suggestions only and can be change by the Listing User. With reasonable notice to Listing Users via email, the Network may in its discretion initiate discounts, offers or adjustments to the standard price for Services as part of ongoing marketing or price alignment campaigns.
3.5 Donations: Any Services that are offered in return for a dontation by the Site Visitor must be dontated to the registered UK Charity identified on the List of the Listing User as soon as practicably possible upon receipt of monies.
Any amount of the donation that is expensed directly as a part of performing the Services (including but not limited to travel, flowers or cleaning material etc must be clearly communicated to the Site Visitor.
4. Customer Communication
4.1 Prompt Responses: Respond to customer inquiries and messages promptly. Timely and effective communication is essential for building trust and positive customer relationships.
4.2 Professionalism: Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when communicating with customers. Address any customer concerns in a respectful and constructive manner.
5. Service Agreements
5.1 Clear Agreements: Listing Users shall clearly establish the scope of the Services they shall provide to Site Vistiors, including the timing of services, timelines, and approvals required. The Listing User shall clearly communicate any limitations or exclusions.
5.2 Dispute Resolution: In the event of disputes with customers, make a good-faith effort to resolve issues directly with the customer. Grave Care Network may assist in facilitating communication but is not responsible for financial disputes or guarantees related to services provided by non-verified members.
6. Compliance with Laws and Regulations
6.1 Legal Compliance: Listing Users must comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations relevant to their Services. This includes obtaining any necessary licenses or permits required for providing grave cleaning services in their respective locations.
7. Payment Handling
7.1 Payment Handling: Any handling of Payment by the Network in the course of the Listing User providng the Services to the Site Visitor shall be in accordance with the Networks Payment Handling Process.
The Listing User accepts that the Network will add an additional surcharge on top of the amount set by the Listing User. The setting of this surcharge amount shall be at the discretion of the Network and clearly commnicated to the Listing User.
8. Customer Satisfaction
8.1 High-Quality Services: Strive to deliver high-quality services to customers. Your commitment to customer satisfaction is crucial in maintaining a positive reputation within the Grave Care Network community.
9. Modifications to Terms and Conditions
9.1 Updates: The Network reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at its sole discretion. Any changes to theses Terms and Conditions shalll be clearly communicated to Listing Users via email.
10. Separate Agreement
These Listing Terms and Conditions and Registration Terms and Conditions may be superceded and replaced in their entirety by joint separate agreement between the Network and a Listing User.
